I have received a Ubislate 7ci Tablet through COD on January 3, 2013, with Order ID: PM00922 and Product No.: P314121460228092. But all my excitements got over when I found that the Tablet is an used one with lots of issues. The details of my complain is as below: 1. First of all, I was cheated with the cost of the Tablet. Because, I received a promotional email from Datawind (the promoter and marketer of Ubislate), where they promised me that I’m eligible to get a discount of Rs.500, but at the end, I had to pay the market price of Rs.4,499 when I received the courier. 2. Once I opened the outer cover, I found that the original packet was not sealed. But, I thought it comes like this only, however, all electronic items especially, Mobiles/Tablets come with sealed pack. 3. Then I saw that the Tablet has so many scratches, both on the upper screen as well as on the bottom lid. Also, the upper screen has some broken marks in different places, which is so sad. 4. The problems are yet not over. After charging it for sometime, when I tried to power off, it re-starts again and again automatically. Also, the battery charge goes off in minutes, so I am not able to use it at all, without putting it into charging. 5. Finally and strangely, the packet has two layers of price tag and other description details, one pasted above the other. And, it’s clearly showing the difference in Manufacturing Date as well as in Price.

I paid Rs.4,499 towards the cost of the Ubislate 7ci. Now, because the Tablet is a second-hand and damaged (not working at all), without putting it into charging – it’s of total waste. I want my full money (Rs.4,499) back.
