Dear Sir/Madam I have purchase their product(tablet)UbiSlate 7C+ by online payment in the month of 26 nov 2012 and recieved it in the month of feb2013.as i used their product only 28-29 days. it will stop working after talk to their techinical team on telephone 1832581330.they advice to sent it to on amritsar i have sent then said device on 10 april 2013 and they recieved it on 18 april 2013. after recieved the device they are not response me back not attentding calls if they recieved call cut the call immediatly.if the recieved the hold it about a half a hours and said system not woeking, not repying on mail.By countine calling they attend my call and said we are sent a urgent regarging your device they will replace my device. but till date they after 4 month they are replying and respose any status of the same. i really haras by them.
i want new device of the same or refund my all money of buy product and money spent to calling to them
