Datawind.com – display was not working POOR SERVICE

I have gien my Aakash tablet to customer service center in trivandrum(Mass technologies) since its display was not working, on 24/2/14. I have contacted several times with Mass technologies and the aakash customer care center, they are not replying in a consumer friendly manner. its more than two months now and the company is still asking me to wait for 7 days( from day 1 they said me this).

I want my product back in good condition with the lost warranty period. This is the warranty period and the company is holding the product for more than 2 months in the name of repairing. I kindly request you to take necessary action.
