Datawind Faulty Tablet Replacement Delayed

Sir, I had purchase the tab Ubislate 7Cz from datawind in June, 2014 and the company send the faulted tab. The touch of the tab was not working. Against my Ticket ID 0703HP665 I am sending the tablet for replacement and the same has been received on July 14, 2014 at gurgaon address of company. Even after four months I have not received my tab. Despite several assurances given by the customer care on phone no (0183-2581xxx) and email also. Every time they told that your tab receives in 5-7 days. Sir please takes some action in this regard.
