My Booking ID: PMFC2D0A4E3D. Please take this complaint .I had booked akash tablet on April 2012. I have sent cheque for the purchase of Akash2 Tablet PC on 17 Apr 2012. The payment details as followed Cheq No.:009888 dated 17Apr 2012 Axis bank Amount:2999 they have debited the amount and got reflected in my bank statement.I sent hundreds of mails so far asking for delivery of tablet but they keep telling order in process.Finally i asked to refund money on nov 2012 .They asked to pay Rs.500 for upgrade one and i accept to pay the same. But again they delayed to deliver and i asked to refund the money along with bank details for refund there is no response yet .Sent many emails but there is no response yet. Please do the needful. I want full refund along with interest till date including courier charges for sending the cheque to Datawind and compensation for mental frustration incurred to me.
