Respected sir, I booked Ubislate Tablet online on 22 May 2012. After I send a Demand Draft of Rs 2999/- in fovour of the company Holding No 662541 of SBH Kanchanwadi branch, Aurangabad on 11 june 12. On 23 June 2012 I got reply from the company by email that “This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque / Demand Draft number 662541 of Rs 2,999 of SBI BANK. Thank you for your payment. Your order is in process, You will get the delivery of your device in August. After that I made calls frequently to the company about delivery of tablet. They told, the delivery in September, October, November as like this. In november 12 the customer care center told me to get my money back because they are unable to deliver the same. So I made an email to them with my bank details on 22 November 2012. After frequent making calls to their customer care, they told me that I will get my refund in 07 days. But now they are not receiving the phone also not any reply. Still I do not get my refund and not any response from the company. Please help me.

1) Refund of Rs 2999/- @12% interest from June 12. 2) Rs 5000/- for mental harassment. 3) Any other suitable judgement in fovor of me
