Product Details :Kent RO Unit No : KR080951947 We had taken AMC from Shri Krishna Enterprises, Bhopal (Mob 9827459687) and its valid till 19 Sep 2013, Regarding the above I am not getting proper services by the Shri Krishna Enterprises , So i had called to Mr. O. P. Sharma (Sales Manager Kent RO Bhopal Mob 9926207124) and described my problem, as per him he said the above service provider (Shri Krishna Enterprises) is not a authorized to provide services in behalf of company, and he well take action against the above said agencies and Mr. O. P. Sharma suggested new service agent i.e. Video Care Bhopal, and video care person visited to us and resolved but he had charged the service cost from us and refuse for our previous AMC which is valid till 19 Sep 2013. Again after 10 days I had called to O. P. Sharma regarding action against Shri Krishna Enterprises but he again refused and said the Shri Krishna Enterprises is authorized service provider. And he is also not able to instruct the agencies for proper services. So we are sorry for after taking AMC from any company the client should not be charged for any service matter.

AMC service should be again in proper manner and rembersement of my mental tension made by me for followups
