I have datawind aakash tablet (dual sim 7cz). At the time of booking excutive told me about offer of getting rs 5000 /- gift voucher. I received tablet on 22/Jan/14. 1) I didn’t find any coupon inside same 2) Device looks old 3) Device received is faulty I need replacement but cc executive saying to go to repair cente. I said I need refund / replacement at my seat but executive denied and even refused to talk with senior when i requested.

I demand Refund or Replacement with working new Tablet delivered at my door step else will sue you in the consumer court of law.
