I had purchased Tablet by order placing to Directly Datawind company In the month of Jan 2013 i received the Tablet 7C+ model From that day I had lots of problem in the tablet & hence I submitted the tablet in authorized service center based in Mumbai during the month of Oct 2013 after come to know about their service center in Mumbai After that I had submitted lots of time my tablet in service center & during this they 2 times replaced the tablet with new one But every replaced tabled hardly worked 1 month properly and battery charging problem & not oning problem i faced in the replaced tablet also. This time also in Nov & dec 2014 I submitted the tablet due to not working, hanging & battery & Charging problem.
Due to above mentioned problem I am incurred lots of cost & time for depositing the tablet in service center as service center is far away from my home as well as my office Since I am working people so It is not possible to me to visit every time to service center. And also companys customer support number is not so effective & useless When I get the time then only it is poossible for me to visit to service center to deposit the defective tablet I had some conversation with the companys VP Mr. Pankaj Arora every time when I deposited the tablet to service center This time i also had conversation regarding the tablet with mr. Pankaj Arora. & I demanded my money back as their new replaced tablet was also not competent to perform properly but he denies to refund my money. Now tablet is still in the service center & I am not going to service center to collect the tablet Requesting you people please look into the matter & try to solve the matter as early as possible as I am helpless because company is not listening to me.
