I have booked my Ubislate7C+(EDGE) Tablet on 24th may 2013 for which I have made online payment of Rs 4899. I have got their confirmation call and also email in which they have mentioned the airway bill which is WRONG.Till TODAY i.e. 18th June 2013 I have not received my order. I have called to them so many times to there call center number mentioned on there website but every time they keep on repeating that you will received the order within 2-3 days. I have called to there call center and talked to Mr Sarbjeet many times, every time he keeps the phone on hold for long durations and gives the same reply that you will received the order within 2-3 days. and we will revert back to you in 48hrs and so. Till today the tablet has not been dispatched from datawind India. My booking detail is PMD4CAA9AE76. AIRWAYBILL NUMBER 69001828685 of BLUE DART which is WRONG.
I need my tablet that I booked along with the Money I spent and also I need to be get paid for time I had invested in calling. Every time I have called them It consume my one hour of office time.
