I am a senior citizen and also a client of State Bank of India. I went to S.B.I. Maynaguri Branch (Branch Code 12423 ) for updating my Bank Passbook. The staff on duty did not do it, I also requested him to Know the Balance in my a/c but he refused to do so. Balance knowing was very important to me.
I do not understand how can a Government Bank be So Arrogant and Deny Service to Customers who have served and have retired. This is really disgusting and SBI Human Resources must take an ote of this and raise service levels or perish.
