Limited,Amritshar has send me a Device Ubislate 7CZ In the month of sEPTEMBER some problem arises in the device, so I have sent my Ubislate 7CZ tablet for repairing to the M/s Datawind Innovation Pvt. Limited,563 Dhan Dhan Baba Deep Singh Ji complex, East Mohan Nagar, Amritshar on 12.09.2013 VIA DTDC AWB NO. V13764194 and they have confirmed that they have received the Device. and also assure me that they will return the Device after repairing within 10 to 15 days. But after lapse of approx. 4 MONTH days they are just ensuring after query on phone that they will send my Device within in a week and it happens since last 4 months. Sir, During the period of 4 month I have sent approx. 20 email and approx. 50call to the concerned person but no one has replied in wrinting, only saying on phone that device will be dispatched within a week ,but that week has not came as yet during last 4 month. Now I am very depressed. KIndly look into the matter

So I want at least 15000 thousand relief
