Day care at Little Millennium, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP is not licensed by Little Millennium central branch.. They are running it illegally. We were kept in dark about the same. I got to know the fact when I contacted their center branch.

I had enrolled my two kids (Daughter -2.5 years and Boy-1 Years) in Little Millennium daycare facilities in Vaishali branch. My younger kids used to stay for full day however my elder daughter used to come in afternoon after her school. We opted for daycare because it was near to our home. However we had faced lot of horrible issues at daycare facilities.

· My elder daughter got injured two times during 3 month tenure. Once she had 5 to 7 scratchmarks on her face however at other instance, large bump on her forehead. We informed staff at daycare but they said it didnot happen at their place and moreover they said if it was not captured on CCTVs cameras then it didnot happen at center. When I investigated and seen over a period of time, I noticed that 2 to 3 of their CCTVs remain out of order always and they donot have CCTV camera in sleeping room as well. They literally ignored my complaint. Moreover the director of center avoided us during both these incidents.

· Nobody keeps an eye on kids during free playtime and in sleeping room. We raised this safety concern to staff however they ignored it completely. Staff only come in only when kids wets cloth because of urine, spoiled cloth because of potty and for feeds

· My elder daughter used to inform us before passing urine or potty before getting admission to daycare. However after admitting to daycare, she always been in fear and wet and spoiled her cloths. We used to get her spoiled cloth daily. When we complained about the same to staff, they said better to send your child in diaper, however we left using diaper after 1 years of age. They were having no schedule about the child daily routine.

· They use to fill child daily activities dairy at one go in front of parents at the time of pickup for all kids. When we complaint about the same, they told us there is scarcity of staff and things go like this only.

· They never followed daily routine for any of the child. Sometime, we noticed that our child found to slept for 5 to 6 hours continously, but nobody cared to wake him up and fed.

· I started asking about the video recording, when I came across above problems. But they always use to say that recording gets stored on central server and take lot of time for buffering so it take lot of time to retrieve and as a result I didnot get video recording in 3 months period.

· We paid Rs. 2000 as annual charges for the festival celebration. But none of activities were planned for daycare kids during 3 month period.

· During the 3 month period my younger kids lost around 1 kg and elder kids lost 1.5 kg of weight.

My both kids went through mental and physical torture during 3 months of tenure. For those 3 months they were in psychological shock and consulted paediatrician for same. For three months, I paid for torture of my kids.
