Modi Hyunadi Thane – Faulty or Used Parts used

MY name is Shrikant Pathak owner of Hyundai Fluidic Verna since 2014.

I had replaced clutch plate full set in the month of February 2018 from Modi Hyundai Thane (paid Rs. 26000/-) and due to which my car was start stopping while driving. For the same I visited twice to them however the did not found such issue. I was facing this issue so tried to go some where else and shown my car to Sreenath Hyundai on 24th March. They agreed for the facing the issue and they cleaned the throatals and issue got resolved for couple of days. On 30th March again I visited to them for same complaint and found that issue with clutch. I personally called Mr. Vaibhav Manager of Modi Hyunadi and asked about the same. He shouted on me and told me we are not going to help you in this regards as same thing occurs due to your driving. I feel Modi Hyundai is not able to understand the customer concerns and replacing faulty parts to customers vehicles. Please take this serious note and help me in this regards.

I feel Modi Hyundai has to teach Mr. Vaibhav (service manager of Modi Hyundai Thane) for speaking with the customers.
