I have taken life insurance code 60193132 from Exide (ING) life insurance co. Ltd on 19th nov.2010. My licence no is 7758379881. I have submit my application form for cancel my agent code in Exide life insurance office on 6th march 2018 yet my pan card no will not show in IRDA agent portal.
