have ported my number from jio to idea due to some personal issues . mnp porting will takes just 4-7 days it was my 8thday still the jio authority doesn’t given permission to idea network its already late by a day. the customer services are not responding. Please solve my problem soon.

I want to draw your kind attention that I replaced my JIO Sim on 16/02/2018 at 05:18 hrs. at Durgapur JIO Store. But my SIM card is not activated still now. My replacement number was CO000015OGL. I informed this matter at JIO customer care office repeatedly. On 16/02718 they gave me one Service Request number SR00000HV47W. They told me that you will get an update on 18/02/2018 at 23:43 hrs. Toady I call at your office to know the status. They informed me that your SIM will be activate after 60 days. It is impossible for me to wait such a long days.
Kindly take necessary action so that my SIM will activate very soon.
