I own a SBI VISA credit card no 4377486996XX119, I made the all due payment two days before the due date.One can go through my annual statement to verify it. On 02/01/2014 I made payment of Rs 36000.00 against the due amount for Rs 24855.61 with due date on 04/01/2014. When I talked to customer executive and requested them to revert the extra amount in my SBI account. They told me that the amount cant be reverted, it will be adjusted in next due bill. But today at 08:13 am I got a message that your card is blocked. When I asked the customer executive about it,they told me the we should get the payment only through auto debit not via Debit card/ net banking. Thus they blocked my card without any prior information.

Rs 12000 (paid extra)+Rs 4320( interest @36%) Rs 10000 as we have not any financial credit suddenly.
