I had recharged the number 9600978980 for rs 55 on 11-01-2014 for one time and recharged the same number for rs 55 on 13-01-2014 for 3 times. The recharge was not successful due to some technical problems. But my amount got reduced from my account and haven’t yet refunded. so please refund the amount. The total amount id 165. so refund the amount..

rs 80 has been deducted from my mobile without any notification
Rs 80 has been deducted from mobile no. 7387163174 without any single notification from customer care center. When asked to customer care executive ,he replied internet access has been started in my mobile.Though it was not possible because I haven’t received any single message or notification. For a common man this balance means a lot , Please verify the issue and return my money back and also insure me that this will not going to happen next time in future, otherwise i’m going to change service provider.
