Dear Sir, we had booked 2 ticket online train No. 12362 Booking Dated:14.1.2014 PNR No. 8620269395 but we had cancelled this ticket Dated : 20.01.2014 but til today we have not received balance payment. kindly take necessary action . Thanks

PNR No. 2453733426 Transaction ID 0803892480 Ticket booked from New Delhi to New Jalpairguri 1st A Date & Time of Departure – 22nd Dec 2013 at 2345 hrs. Train No. 12502 The train was more than 12 hours late. TDR was filled before departure of the train. Only 50% amount refunded whereas as per rule if the train is more than 3 hours late full amount shall be refunded.
