I Ratnakant Gupte, recvd a message on 7/05/2010 that Rs.10 has been deducted from my A/c as CRBT charges for subscription of 10 days when in fact I had never applied for the same. on contacting the call center, their person Ms. Teena refused to give me the off address & threatened me to do whatever we can do. Is this not open loot on part of Reliance Comm. Second, has any action been taken on similar complaints in the past.
