Dear Team,

I have taken a connection from Vodafone, this connection was taken about a year and half back while hutch was the service provider. My payments were prompt.

After the take over of Vodafone I get charged for servives that I have never requested ( Beauty tips).

When I called customer care abt this there wasn’t any proper responce and the agent hung up the phone.

I decided not to pay the bill untill I get the clarification, when multiple reprensentatives from Vodafone called me for bill payment I responded that I need the proof why the services are billed to me for bill payment.

Now the issue has gone so much that someone from Vodafone legal calls me and my relatives for bill payment and using obscene language.

This is quite disturbing and would like to get justice.
