Dear Airtel service provider
I have an airtel prepaid No 8146341005. Twice it has happened that services like caller tune and missed call alert have been provided without me wanting or asking for it. Money has been deducted from prepaid account and I have been left with very little amount for making calls. This is not only cheating but decoity. Can you please explain else I will be forced to raise the level and go to consumer court. Expecting a quick response
