i am surprised today i received a message that i am debited for downloading hello tune on my said mobile no. about Rs 30 for chosen of hello tune and Rs. 15 for song.(total rs.45)
i never downloaded.& even i never asked for it.

from last one and half year i continuously facing this problem regularly and after making complaint to customer service every time executive said that that it was chosen by me.

please do not force me any additional service. more over
they are making it compulsory by not responding to customer services. Airtel should not adopt such cheap sales technique
pl do not debit for services which i have not asked for
and credit my lost balance by deactivating hello tune

if this time Airtel will not taken any positive action, i will definitely change my service provider
