When my balance was accumulated above Rs 9.00, balance deducted automatically Rs 9.00 without any phonecall or other service availed.Complaint several times at customer care, but they misbeheave with me.Mr. Jagajit saha of kolkata circle responding,but no action was taken by him still now.
