DHFL had fraudulently withdrawn an EMI in advance from my Bank Account which was not due. Every month they are charging advance EMI which is not due.

Any bank charges EMI from its customer after usage of the Loan amount. DHFL started charging me EMI by one month in advance. EMI amount is Rs. 1,06,122/-. Loan amount taken is 85 lacs. So every month, DHFL withdrawing advanced EMI from my Bank account.

Refund of advanced EMI’s interest and principal components withdrawn fraudulently from my Bank account. They should charge only for the tenure for which their fund is utilised. No advanced EMI.
