Defective New Ceiling Fan of Bajaj Electricals Ltd

I Recently bought 1 Bajaj Ceiling Fan. Extremely Aggrieved. Details- Model-BAHAR; Sweep-1200MM BIANCO; Serial No-032298; Batch No-T03512E; Product Code-250306; Shop-Ahura Mazda Electric,259 MG Road,Pune 01; Sale Date-17-08-2012; Cash Memo No-74981. Came with 2 Year Guarantee. Have Card,Dealer Stamp. Soon after purchase I went outstation. On return in Apr 13 got new fan installed at my house. In 2 weeks started making friction noises-cut-cut,grew louder. Became very annoying,unbearable. Called Paid Cust Helpline 18601806722 many times. Complaint No’s- 2656644,2678016,2704874. Shaikh Salman-Tech from Service Centre-City Services,Shop No15,Opel Square,646,Nana Peth,Pune02-visited on 23 May. Didn’t repair,only minor fiddling. Jarring noise stopped. 2days later restarted. Causing severe irritation,disturbing sleep. Tech revisited on 28 May. Each time present for 5 mins. Fan makes noise after running for while. During visit nothing apparent to him. Tried to convince-genuine,serious problem causing immense discomfort. Said make Video Recording. Said parts need changing. Requested him-please do it. Said don’t have spare parts. Again requested-do it at earliest. Said he’d resolve issue by 01Jun. Made 8 videos on mobile showing noise at different times. Tried calling tech many times. Didn’t pick up nor called back. Rang Service Centre,staff made excuses. Rang Vijay Dhobale,Service InCharge,Pune,unavailable. Spoke to Kedar. Described problem,tech’s lies. Said he’d call back,never did. Paid Helpline No said Status for all My Complaints “Closed”,despite problem remaining unresolved & tech not doin appropriate,expected work. Sent Complaint Email to Prosenjit Bose,Senior InCharge,Pune. Called twice on his mobile 7798833535. Said he’s in meeting,cut phone. Sad attitude,things reached dismal level. Tech’s last visit,changed starter,said blades,rivets defective too. Said he’d do work by 4 Jun. Been 3weeks since. Nobody came/called. Nothing done. Noise problem with new fan still remains unresolved.

I request you to provide me a time-frame within which the major defects (problems) with my brand New Bajaj Electricals Product will get resolved once and for all (finally) with no further shameless excuses, blatant lies and dishonest delays on this company’s part. If the company cannot resolve (repair) the loud, annoying noise coming from their new ceiling fan, then instead (in all fairness) they should replace their defective, existing product and provide me with a new ceiling fan (as an alternative solution).
