Defective Nokia Phone Delviered by Tradus.com

I ordered Lumnia 520 from www.tradus.com (which is an on line store). I received product in defective condition. There was problem with the screen and led flash of this phone. After receiving this product I registered my complain with them within 24 hours of receiving the product. They promise on their website that they replace all defective items also they have a 15 days no question asked money back policy, but all these policies are just to make consumer fool. In actual they asked me to take my phone to service center. Now my new phone is at service center for next two weeks. Since I received defective product hence I am asking to replace it which is in accordance to their policies, but they are denying to do so. I want my phone to be replaced with new phone.

I received defective phone and due to this I had to visit service center thrice, I am working in a office and taking leave every day just for a phone is very difficult for me. I also do not have a secondary phone, I have to buy a new one to stay connected with my family and friends. Each time I visit service center they reset my phone and I loose my data every time.
