I recently purchased online a Sony Xperia Arc s Mobile from Inclues.com after negociating price to Rs 13000/-. The payment was made by online money transfer as requested by the seller to Account details as Nidhi Sharma Icici Bank Shibpur Branch Howrah A/C No. 160501502250 Website http://inclues.com/ The mobile was delivered to me on 11/03/2013 evening, on checking all the features I found that the camera is not working properly. On contacting over phone on 12/03/2013 evening the seller Mr. Ankur Sharma, told he will contact me 13/03/2013 noon with a solution. But now he is not picking up my phone. Kindly help me to get a replacement for my defective handset or refund of the money.

After purchasing so much costly mobile I was cheated by the seller and all my hard earned money is now in hands of a cheater.
