I, Parameswar Rooj, ordered a product from www.timatara.com (a website for online shopping). The order details are as follows: “Order #10310264 Order Date: 18-08-2012 Recipient: Parameswr Rooj This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment Your Order Contains the Following Items: 1 x Nikon L26 16MP Digital Camera (Silver) Price: Rs.4620 Today is 12.03.2013 but I have not got my product. On November they told due to unavailability of product it’s getting late so I requested about the change of the product on 26.11.2012 and 18.12.2012 but they didn’t changed it. After that I submitted order cancellation request on 15.01.2013, 18.01.2013, 24.01.2013, 02.03.2013, 11.03.2013. But there is no sign of refunding money, neither had they contacted me. Hence, I am filing complaint to consumer forum against this company to get my money back. I will be grateful to you if you look into this matter and help me to get my money back.

I dont know whats the interest of Rs.4620 in 7 months. And also i missed to capture the moments when i went in a trip with my friends and family.
