A refridgerator purchased from shri Vinayaka agencies, Dhule in Aug 2008. There is cooling problem since purchase. Initially it was told that it could be due to heavy load, the problem persisted even after reducing load.Then it was attributed to fluctuation in voltage. The company sold us their stabilizer. The problem persisted. Now they tell that gas could be leaking. The company is evading replacement of product by offering a new excuse everytime.
