I PUMA shoes last month from the Puma outlet in Select City Walk Mall, Saket, New Delhi. As I use my casual shoes sparingly the previous weekend was the fourth time i wore these shoes. After having walked less than a kilometre i starting feeling intense pain on my ankles. When i checked the shoes had completely scrapped my ankles leaving them bloody and bruised.

My ankles are sore, bruised and till a day ago were bleeding due to the injury caused after wearing the shoes. I would like to be adequately compensated for my injury and mental fatigue.
