My mother brought a saree from Jayalakshmi Silks Ernakulam worth Rs.5870 on 26-10-2011. After reaching home only we noticed in that some of the thread works are pulled out and the saree does not look like having a value worth Rs5870. And even the saree does not suits my mom. My mom had acted in good faith by believing the words of the sales girl at Jayalakshmi Silks. today she took the saree to Jayalakshmi Silks for getting it replaced but the didnt get it replaced telling the lame excuse of the blouse piece havee been cut.
I want the court to have a proper remedy for this problem and I hope the court will take a wise decision.
