I wish to bring to the notice of this Legal forum against the Sony India for defective SONY BRAVIA Model no. KLV-40CX420 IN5 bearing Serial no. 7003428, Purchase on 22nd Oct 2011 at a cost of INR 55, 000/-. I have been following with them since Dec 2013 for Display Panel complain in my LCD against which I was given additional invoice of INR 18, 400/ in name of Display panel repair/ change. Sony Engineer observed the problem of Physical damage while their customer care telling it Natural failure.

I demand Free repair / replacement of Display Panel as the name of Sony is at stake for all prospective consumers reading my review here.
