Deficiency of service on AMC

Bought a Micro wave oven of IFB make
Entered into Annual Maintenance service contract.
IFB allotted AMC to franchisee classic enterprises who had to be reminded every time during 1st year.
In the 2nd year10.8.08 to 9.8.09, during 3rd service, Classic enterprises demanded service charges since they did not have proper AMC details. When refused staing AMC was current they could not check and refused to carry out the AMC.
Complained to IFB on 23.7.09 by registered letter. Called their Toll free number.
IFB showed no response and ignored with utter contempt for the consumer.
Classic enterprises challenged that IFB would simply allot it to them on the basis of geographical location and any complaint made would make no difference to them. So far there is no response/redressal of greivance.
Pray for directiion to IFB for suitable response.
