Defunct Sim Cards

Fax No.022 25349575

M/s Nirav Enterprises, Authorized distributor of Airtel, situated at Navghar, Vasai (East) have large sales base in the region of Vasai -Virar, one of its Retailor Ambika Sales have sold me two prepaid SIM cards which defunct partially and not working after 15 days of the full fledged activation; since names have registered other then we provided our genuine document to the Ambika Sales-The shop.
It is very shocking on our part that the said SIM cards already have pre-owned by somebody else before we bought them, we express our inability to call or send the SMSes to the said Shop and Distributor but they pay little heed to our plight, now the matter is violation of tread practices, breach of trust and forged activity which attract most part of IPC’s fraudulent modus operandi and cheating to gullible laymen.
However we need our name to be registered as legitimate customer of Airtel, what the distributor have done to the SIM cards we bought from is not our concern, since second hand SIM cards can never be sold on Retail Shop or any Outlet that is the regulation by TRAI for all the GSM or CDMA Operator in India.
We request you not to take lenient view against this incident, we as law abide citizen of India humbly warn you; if right action is not taken by Airtel within 24 hours in this regard to register our actual names, the criminal law shall take its own course against the errant distributor i.e. Nirav Enterprises & Airtel as an accomplice to be hand in glove with distributor to do malpractices and promote unscrupulous wrong doing to cheat innocent people.
We hope, in larger public interest & responsibility; you will not hesitate to rectify our names as bona fide customers of Airtel & save us to change the same numbers we got & eventually defunct arbitrarily due to wrong registration of the names by Airtel without our knowledge & by no fault of us.
our defunct cell Nos.are 9503186286 & 9503186268
