I had ordered a smasung galaxy star pro mobile for my wife on 26th Feb 2014. My order no.is 100013174.However till today I have not received any intimation of when it will be shipped. All emails are answered with a reply that it will be shipped in few days time as soon as possible but not so. Their customer assist no. 1800 3000 1177 seems to be perpetually ringing with no one to pick up & answer.

I think all of us who have been affected should lodge a complaint with cyber cell for online cheating & also with the consumer court.
