Lenovo P780 Problems – A Review – No Customer Care

Was very impressed with the reviews of Lenovo P780 and made the blundar to purchase it on 20th Sep’13. Could not forget this horrible date.

Just after 3 months of usage this phone went blank. I approached TOUCH service center at Nehru place and told will rectify the problem and return the handset by 3 weeks time as their is some problem in it’s touch and LCD. Here the reference no was SRIN0611402070008.

Collected my phone after 3 weeks and as checked again the phone was not getting ON. Technician said that it seems some problem with the PCB and they took good 4 hrs, making me waited and replaced the same. Here the reference no was the same as SRIN0611402070008 and also provided me with SWAP RECORD SHEET.

Tried to operate the phone for a day but in vain as the phone got hanged after frequent intervals. Again, ruined my weekly off for this stupid handset and got myself a reference no SRIN0611403130002. Now this technician told that they were not having any new PCB and i need to wait for a a week more.

Okay, now it has been almost 8-9 days, when i was called and was ready to srew my another weekly off. Went to the store and to my shock, part was still not available and I was provided with a Helpline No. 18601803425.
Totally pissed off, dialed the provided number and here again i am told to wait for a week as part is not available.

What can you rate such wonderful service ?
Understand guys TIME IS MONEY and very precious, stop fooling customers and stop mentioning to provide any warranty to your consumers as it is all in vain if not provided on time.

Also, would like to hear a revert from your side on my consent.
