I had ordered a Samsung galaxy Trends mobile on 27th Feb 2014. My order no.is 100013437. This company promises same day dispatch for products purchased and promises secure delivery. However till today I have not received any intimation of when it will be shipped. All emails are answered with a reply that it will be shipped in few days time as soon as possible but not so. Their customer assist no. 1800 3000 1177 seems to be perpetually ringing with no one to pick up & answer. I made several requests to cancel the order and to refund the amount, but for this also they gave the same reply. I tried calling several times but no one lifts the phone. Kindly help me out in getting my money back. I think all of us who have been affected should lodge a complaint with cyber cell for online cheating & also with the consumer court.
