This is a big fraud company. They vanish after order is placed with payment. Phone calls are not responded and office address in Mumbai also looks to be a dummy. I wonder why they have still not vanished in crowd and continue to advertise and take new orders. I had placed my order 100005527 on 22nd Jan 2014 and till date status is same – PROCESSING. They only respond to emails under ‘support’ link on their website. That also seems to be outsourced in some other country as all the responses on that come past midnight and before dawn!! I have registered complaint with consumer court online and going to file a police complaint as well with cyber cell. For benefit of people I am providing details about online complaint registration in consumer court.
