I ordered Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1 TB External Hard Disk(Black)on 1st march. till today their is no reply from the seller about its status. i paid 4345 rs for my product. kindly see through this issue as soon as possible.

I wasted lot of time after paying to the site. i lost lot of my important data due to the delay. he is causing lot of psychological stress by not responding to my mails. the cost of my data lost was 45,000. whom shall i blame for the loss. I want compensation for my loss, stress, agony for my economic burden. i want my product soon or money refund with compensation.
