I Ordered 2 Products (8GB Transcend Pen Drive and 1TB External Samsung Hard Drive) from the dejavutrends.com site and my order no. is 100011601 on 21/02/2014. One of my product (Pen Drive) was delivered way back after 20 days and the second product was not delivered after One and Half month long after I ordered it. I cancelled my order because of delivery failure and faced problems while complaining to them as their Customer Service No. dose not work and one of the No. which was working earlier went dead after some days. I have not received the refund until know. Even after complaining lastly to Mr. Kiran Kumar.

I demand a compensation against the trouble I faced for almost 3 Months and because of which I was mentally disturbed for loss of my valuable time and my money. I demand a compensation of Rs. 1 Lakh of amount for the problems I faced from the dejavutrends.com company and closure of the website legally.
