have purchase Voltas 1.5 tonne AC from Croma store Malad, on 4th May and got delivery of product on 5th May. I have been informed on installation will be done on max by 7th or 8th May. But till today on 14th May I have not received any call or service related to AC installation. I have been calling Croma helpline (180025836xx) six times till date and I am getting falls commitment. I have to cancle my plans to go out of town with little hope on my AC gets installed. Till date this products hanging at my house and no hope when this gets installed. Six times called to Croma helpline and 3 times called to Voltas helpline. Everybody giving time within 24 hours your AC will get installed but till date no one appers / rendered service. I and my wife helplessly waiting for same, which is also not allowing to move somewhere out of town as per our plan.
