indiatimes.com- Product not received poor response

Organisation: The Times Group (shopping.indiatimes.com) This complain is regarding the Online E commerce website, shopping.indiatimes.com I had ordered a Mobile Nokia Lumia 525 (Rs 9344/-)from this website on 23-Apr-2014 and expected date of delivery of mobile was 03-May-2014, but till now my order is not delivered. Now i want to cancel my order and i have told them 2-3 times regarding this and all i get a response is, we are working on your case. Though they have dispatched the order from their end but i haven’t received the mobile till now and due to this i want to cancel my order and get my money back Attached is Copy of Invoice of Mobile Nokia lumia 525. I had also lodged a complain on shopping.indiatimes.com website for non delivery of order, the Case Id: 1360549 I have also launched a query with their courier partner Fedex, tracking number of courier is : Tracking no:798669236508, and communication number is 05050079xx. Request you to kindly look into this, i just want to cancel my order and get refund of Rs 9344/- back.

I just want to cancel my order and want my money back. Attached is Invoice of Mobile Purchased from India times Shopping.
