I have made and online order, order No: GTIP-4137, to be delivered on 7/May/2014. Later on 7/May/2014, I received a msg that due to some circumstances mine order was cancelled and a refund would be credited to mine account. Till today, no such refund is made and also no one is picking the customare care nos. and not even replying on the mails written to them and feedback given to them.

i have suffered a loss of money, Rs.700/-(approx.)due to there failure in delivering the order.
