Dear sir, I had purchased su-kam inverter with battery and trolley from ISHWAR Electronics patna on 09.05.2014 and paid full amount via debit card at their desk.They have assured that the inverter shall be supplied by 10.5.2014.However they booked my inverter thru Vishali transport services, but vishali tranporter has supplied damaged battery of the inverter, then we refused to take the consignment and return back the inverter and talked to supplier.however they refused to supply good one inverter .now in this case sir, please suggest what to do? It is really pathetic
