On 12th Feb 2014 I had placed an online order of lumia 525 for which I paid an amount of Rs 9107.00. But on 14th feb due to low price I cancelled that order and replaced the order paying Rs 8699.00 again. The previously paid order was rather than being transferred to my bank a/c (details given below) was transferred to their website account. For which forcefully I had to order one more mobile NOKIA Lumia 520 with order no. 100012478 paying an additional amount of Rs 891.44 and till today I am waiting for the product. Neither do they refund my money nor are giving the product. Since last 3 weeks neither they are receiving the call nor responding to mails. A net amount of Rs. 18,697.44 is fraud by them. All the transactions were made from the a/c: A/C No.:137410100022902 Account name- SUBRAT KUMAR NAYAK Bank name- Andhra Bank Branch: Jagatsinghpur IFSC Code: ANDB0001374

Since I am a student 18,697.44 is a very much big amount for me. After ordering that I have been facing many financial crises. I just want them to refund my whole money (A sum of Rs. 18697.44) back and nothing else.
