On 15/16 march 2014 i did a recharge of Rs 349 on my reliance net connect dongle from my sbi credit card 4377486524160700. But my number 9349646948 on which i did the recharge, was already terminated which i was not aware. I called up my credit card customer care and they told me that Since the merchant has already claimed the money,i need to talk to reliance net connect customer care for the refund. i have send several messages to the customer care but they have not taken any action.

I want my money to be refunded back as soon as possible.
