I have ordered Nokia Lumia Black mobile (order no. 100007323) from online website https://dejavutrends.com on 04/02/2014 by giving payment of Rs. 9059 through internet banking. I want to gift mobile to my fiancee on valentine day. Up to 18/02/2014, I have not received my order. I have cancelled my order on 18/02/2014. Till today (8/3/2014), I have not received refund (Deja-Vu Trends claims 7-10 days for refund). I have called (approx. Rs. 100 for calls) to customer care and every time same reply received “it is in process”.

Refund amount (Rs. 9059) + Reward for mental harassment for not providing order on time and not giving refund till today (8/3/2014)and for wasting my time + Call charges for order and refund status
