Dear Sir /Madam, I am a individual having a flat in Kolkata and was trying to sell it online through Makaan.com taking a free service as i am in need of Money. Mr. Rohit Khanna from makaan.com sold me a package in Jan2014 offering some promised results and guaranteed fast response along with a bunch of service offers. But after making payments of Rs. 5000/- he and his team members stopped picking up calls and responding over emails. They are just ignoring the calls and if I am calling little late – Mr. Rohit Khanna is just switching off his cell phones. Another person is Mr. Umang Madan – who is also not ignoring calls. Only person Ms. Nisha is picking up but responding to offer service but later that also turns to be a fake promise as their website is not working only. Please help me in such situation to recover the money as well as the harassments in the time when I need money desperately.

Refund of complete money they took as well as cost of harassment along with a case of cheating against Makaan.com, Mr. Rohit Khanna, Mr. Umang Madan, Ms. Nisha Gupta
