Blackberry – battery stopped working Defected Product

I bought the blackberry bold 4 on 19-4-2013(bill no.1260.In july i went abroad for 5 months to complete my graduation, in November the battery stopped working and was not working at all i had to buy a new phone(different brand). after coming back in december i gave my phone to the blackberry service center in nehru place(2nd Floor, 204, Guru Amardas Bhawan, Building No-78, Nehru Place, Delhi – 110019, phone no.- 11-40630234). After 20 days they returned me back my phone, after few weeks the battery was still not working properly, so i bought a new battery and a new charger, after few days the battery was a trouble again. While charging up the phone it used to show a cross sign on the battery which indicates that the battery was not charging. So this time i went to Arun Watch Shop to show him the problem he told me to deposit the phone so that he can send it to service center. After 15 days the Arun watch issued me back my phone and after 2 days of issuing my phone the battery problem started again

After spending 31000 on my phone (still in warranty)i want the refund as i am fed up with this company and their service.
